        EN: CleanGuard Ultra is a privacy-first cleaner & optimizer. All scanning, photo analysis, and sensitive-content detection run entirely on your device. We do not operate servers that collect your personal data, we have no user accounts, and your photos and files never leave your phone.

1. Privacy Policy / Gizlilik Politikası

Data We Collect / Topladığımız Veriler

EN: CleanGuard Ultra does not collect, transmit, or store your personal data on any server. Specifically:

Photos & Videos: Accessed only on-device to find duplicates, blurry shots, large files and sensitive content. Never uploaded. Analysis happens locally using on-device frameworks.
Files & Storage: Scanned locally to report storage usage. No file content is transmitted.
No Account: The app has no sign-up, login, or user profile.
Purchases: Subscription purchases are processed by Apple App Store / Google Play. We never see your payment details.
Diagnostics: Optional, anonymized crash data may be provided by the platform (Apple/Google) to help us fix bugs. This contains no personal content.

TR: CleanGuard Ultra kişisel verilerinizi herhangi bir sunucuda toplamaz, iletmez veya saklamaz. Özellikle:

Fotoğraflar & Videolar: Yalnızca cihaz üzerinde, kopya/bulanık/büyük dosya ve hassas içerik bulmak için erişilir. Asla yüklenmez. Analiz cihaz-içi çerçevelerle yerel yapılır.
Dosyalar & Depolama: Depolama kullanımını raporlamak için yerel taranır. Dosya içeriği iletilmez.
Hesap Yok: Uygulamada kayıt, giriş veya kullanıcı profili yoktur.
Satın Alımlar: Abonelikler Apple App Store / Google Play tarafından işlenir. Ödeme bilgilerinizi asla görmeyiz.
Tanılama: Hata düzeltmek için platform (Apple/Google) tarafından isteğe bağlı anonim çökme verisi sağlanabilir. Kişisel içerik barındırmaz.

Permissions / İzinler

EN: Photo library access is requested only to scan and clean media on your device. You can revoke it anytime in Settings. The app functions are gated behind your explicit permission.

TR: Fotoğraf kitaplığı erişimi yalnızca cihazınızdaki medyayı taramak ve temizlemek için istenir. İstediğiniz zaman Ayarlar'dan geri alabilirsiniz. Uygulama işlevleri açık izninize bağlıdır.

Children / Çocuklar

EN: CleanGuard Ultra is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from them.

2. Terms of Use / Kullanım Şartları

EN: By using CleanGuard Ultra you agree to use it lawfully and at your own risk. The app provides device cleaning and optimization tools. We do not guarantee specific performance gains; iOS and Android impose system-level limits on what any third-party app can do, and we describe our features honestly.

TR: CleanGuard Ultra'yı kullanarak yasalara uygun ve kendi sorumluluğunuzda kullanmayı kabul edersiniz. Uygulama cihaz temizleme ve optimizasyon araçları sunar. Belirli performans kazanımı garanti etmeyiz; iOS ve Android, üçüncü taraf uygulamaların yapabileceklerine sistem düzeyinde sınır koyar ve özelliklerimizi dürüstçe tarif ederiz.

EN: Deleting files is permanent unless your OS provides a recoverable trash. Always review items before deletion. We are not liable for data you choose to delete.

3. End User License Agreement (EULA)

EN: This app is licensed, not sold, to you. The license is the standard Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement, available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula, plus the terms above. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends; manage or cancel in your App Store / Google Play account settings.

TR: Bu uygulama size satılmaz, lisanslanır. Lisans, apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula adresindeki standart Apple Lisanslı Uygulama Son Kullanıcı Lisans Sözleşmesi ile yukarıdaki şartlardır.
