DearMemory ("we", "our", or "the app") is a personal memory management application. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we handle your information.
DearMemory stores all your data locally on your device by default. Your memories, photos, special days, growth logs, and all other personal content remain on your device and are not transmitted to any server unless you explicitly choose to use the backup feature.
If you choose to enable cloud backup:
Backup data is encrypted and stored in your personal cloud storage account. We do not have access to your cloud-stored data.
You may optionally sign in with Google or Apple to enable cloud backup. We only receive your name and email address for account identification. We do not share this information with third parties.
Photos you add to memories are compressed and stored locally on your device as part of the app data. Photos are not uploaded to any server unless you use the cloud backup feature.
DearMemory does not:
Premium features are available through Apple's In-App Purchase system. Purchase transactions are handled entirely by Apple. We do not process or store payment information.
DearMemory includes baby and child growth tracking features for parents to record their children's milestones. The app does not collect any data from children. All data entered by parents is stored locally on the parent's device.
You can delete all your data at any time through the app's Settings page using the "Delete Account" feature. This permanently removes all locally stored data. If you have used cloud backup, you can also delete your backup data from your iCloud or Google Drive account.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.
