By downloading or using OrbitFlip, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use OrbitFlip on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with the App Store Terms of Service.

Premium Subscriptions and Purchases

OrbitFlip offers optional premium access through the following purchases:

Monthly subscription — auto-renewing, billed monthly
Yearly subscription — auto-renewing, billed annually
Lifetime unlock — one-time purchase, no renewal

Premium unlocks all game modes and removes advertisements.

Subscription Terms

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings after purchase.
Prices may vary by region and are shown in the app before purchase.

Refunds

All purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests are handled by Apple according to its policies. You may request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue refunds directly.

Restoring Purchases

If you reinstall the app or use a new device, you can restore previous purchases using the "Restore Purchases" option in the app, provided you are signed in with the same Apple ID.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or attempt to extract the source code of the app, nor to use it in any unlawful manner or to interfere with its normal operation.

Users without premium access will see advertisements provided by Google AdMob. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements.

Disclaimer

OrbitFlip is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
